Hi, I’m Lisa Sullivan.
I believe that healing begins when we feel safe, supported, understood, and connected. My work is centered around helping people move forward from experiences that may continue to affect them—sometimes long after the original event has passed.
My professional background is rooted in my work as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist, supporting children and young adults with disabilities and working closely with families in home, school, and community settings. Through this work, I have developed a deep understanding of behavior, emotional regulation, communication, and the importance of meeting each individual where they are with patience, compassion, and respect.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Loyola Marymount University and am a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). My years of experience working alongside children, young adults, and families have taught me the importance of recognizing each individual’s unique needs and approaching every person with patience, compassion, and respect.
In 2019, I expanded my work into Trauma Release and Reiki, allowing me to explore additional ways to support healing and well-being. These modalities have become an important part of my work, giving me the opportunity to take a more holistic approach to healing and consider the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and energy.
Through Integrated Trauma Treatment, I offer Trauma Release and Reiki Energy Work for both people and animals, creating a compassionate space for release, restoration, and renewed connection. My approach is gentle and individualized, because no two people—or healing journeys—are exactly alike.
I believe you are more than what has happened to you. Your past experiences do not have to define your present or your future.
My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with greater peace, balance, and possibility.
